The staff were friendly and helpful, and there was always someone who spoke English on duty. The hotel is situated in an area popular for hiking, which was perfect for our adventurous children. Additionally, the hotel had a tour desk where we could easily book exciting activities for the whole family.
My kids wished there was a playground on the hotel grounds for them to enjoy.

Nice and cosy, friendly staff, good location - 15 minutes walking to Rynek Glowny. The room was plain but tidy; breakfast ok.
Couldn't get WiFi working on my Asus EeePC with Ubuntu 9.04 NR. Perhaps this was some my specific problem because other people with Windows laptops connected all right.

The value for money at this hotel was great, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The only thing that could have been better about the breakfast was a wider variety of items.

The staff went out of their way to be helpful and made a huge difference to my stay in Budapest. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the beds are great, the bathroom is awesome and there is a lot of space. You get way more than you pay for! It is also in a great location, very close to public transport and within walking distance of the city centre. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice garden, good suff, clean rooms (I was in the 2nd building). Comfort comparable with polish 3star hotel.
Lack of bar to have a beer in the evening. Buy you can buy the beer at the reception or even from the shops cloese to the hotel.

The hotel provided a romantic atmosphere during our stay. the room had a cozy and intimate feel, perfect for a couples getaway. the staff were very friendly and accommodating, making our experience even better. the location was convenient, with easy access to key attractions and a nice residential area nearby.
The lack of soundproofing in the room. We could hear noises from the hallway and outside, which sometimes disturbed our peace and quiet.

We stayed for a night only. It was very pleasant, Reception works 24/7 and people are very friendly and all spoke English. GPS finds the place easily. I have seen bus stop near the hotel, so it must be easy to come by public transport as well. Very nice garden where you can sit and relax. We took two single rooms and they were both big enough for 3 people. There is about 20 mins walk if you want to get to the city centre by foot. It is definitely more then 2 stars hotel.

staff was helpful, accommodation was clean, three bus stations from the city center and generally the hotel could be described like a good value for money
the thing I did not like has more to do with the place where the hotel is that the hotel itself. The only thing I disliked is that the area is not well alight in the evening

When I first arrived, the staff recommended a great taxi. Hotel Monika suits me perfectly: Wi-Fi, outdoor parking, 24-hour reception, and security. With a restaurant and business services, it has everything I need. I keep coming back for my city breaks.

Generous breakfast included. free parking. Helpful reception staff and free internet access, printouts etc.
Krakow is in the midst of a road reorganisation so traffic was really bad - it was quite difficult to find with a dual carriageway outside and traffic going in the opposite direction! Had to do a U Turn to get across. Hotel itself is well decorated, clean comfortable and warm, altho it is situated in a bit of a wasteland as there is a demolition site opposite which currently serves as the free carpark. However, once we got the hang of the traffic we found it a quick drive into town centre and enjoyed the free parking over the weekend. Once inside the hotel we were very comfortable.
